Enchanted Hills Home Health Care Agency Inc., is considered an essential business. Common areas have been modified to minimize contact, we are practicing daily sanitation efforts and require all visitors and staff to wear face coverings. Some operations have been limited to the greatest extent possible to limit exposure risks. We expect patience while we transition our safety efforts while providing the best services to our employees and clients, we are doing everything possible to maintain daily operations while maintaining expectations of our employees and clients. 


All employees MUST report to the office if they feel they may have symptoms of COVID-19, if they are tested or have been in contact with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19. If an employee feels like the need to speak with our agency regarding COVID-19 concerns they MUST call immediately.

​COVID-Safe Practices 


  • Avoid unnecessary travel and stay home if you are sick. 
  • Wear a mask.
  • Wash your hands frequently, use hand sanitizer when possible. 
  • Cover your cough or sneeze into a tissue. 
  • If you must go out individuals must wear a face mask in public spaces, maintain a 6-foot distance and avoid gathering. 


Symptoms of COVID-19


  • Fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, headache, muscle pain, chills, repeated shaking with chills and loss of taste/or smell. 


The Social Contract


  • Be Responsible-Wear a face covering, stay 6 feet away from anyone not in your household.
  • Be Patient-Access to recreational areas or appointments may take longer than expected.  
  • Be Prepared-Plan and call ahead-bring your face covering and hand sanitizer. 
  • Be Educated-Know what it takes to keep you and others safe. 
  • Stay at Home- If you do not need to go out, then don't. 


When to Get Tested?


  • Individuals with Symptoms.
  • ​Individuals who have close contact- meaning you are/were within 6-feet of an infected individual for more than 15 minutes.
  • ​People who have been asked/referred to get testing. 
  • You can visit your state or local health departments website for screening and testing information.
